In the Warehouse district of Downtown Phoenix, the new 300 unit Campaige Place opened in April 2003. The Tom Hom Group, in conjunction with Rob Wellington Quigley - Architects, creates a project that incorporates the SRO+ project while preserving an old 1908 livery stable, one of Phoenix's early examples of cast-in-place concrete construction. The original building becomes the lobby of the new residential project while incorporating a mixed use retail space designed to attract the retail user that caters to the traffic generated by the nearby activity downtown including the ballpark and arena.
