L'Octaine Urban Apartments
Downtown Las Vegas
Commencing construction in late 2003, L'Octaine Urban apartments will be a 51 unit mixed use residential and commercial project on Las Vegas Boulevard and Gass, in downtown Las Vegas. Taking advantage of the new Federal Courthouse, The Freemont Street Experience, Neonopolis and other new developments in the downtown area, L'Octaine will attract the new breed of urban professionals that desire to live in nice accommodations in the revitalizing City of Las Vegas. The project is slated to open in late 2004. The property will feature a variety of floor plans, from studios to one and two bedroom units, many that will include the bonus of a loft space. Designed by Rob Wellington Quigley, the property features architectural features and design that set it apart from apartment property yet built in the City of Las Vegas.
Future Expansion
