Two blocks from Peachtree is another SRO designed, constructed and operated by the Tom Hom Group. Trolley Court is a 192-unit SRO located on the line of San Diego's renown light rail mass transit system.

Trolley Court won the prestigious "Golden Nugget Award" as the best multi-family affordable housing project built in 1990.
